Position Purpose

To build and operate a profitable Water / Wastewater practice area within the Water Resources department of McAdams. This position is to develop a team to execute water / wastewater projects including technical design, financial management, City / State / Federal approvals, and construction, while exceeding client expectations. The position is responsible for the development of this practice area in all McAdams metro locations.

Essential Functions + Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include : Talent Acquisition, Development and Retention, Project Delivery, Business Development, Financial Performance, and conformance to McAdams Company Goals and Values.
• Lead a production team, provide resource management, resolve complex technical problems,

coach, train, and mentor design professionals, and work collaboratively with all team

members on all aspects of project execution
