Responsibilities:
- Teachers will create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for students in the early childhood program.
- Teachers will provide a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow.
- Teachers will foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities.
- Teachers will utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Teachers will assess and monitor individual student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians.
- Teachers will collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs.

Requirements:
- Teachers must have an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or another related field at the Bachelor's level.
- Teachers must have two-years previous experience working with early childhood students (birth to 5 years) in a professional, educational setting.
- Teachers must possess knowledge of child welfare and development principles.
- Teachers must have strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Teachers must be proficient in creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Teachers must have the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
