We are currently seeking a Senior Water Engineering Consultant who is dedicated to high-quality client service and exceptional project delivery for our rapidly growing team. This hybrid position allows flexibility, and you can work from any of our California offices located in San Luis Obispo, San Diego, Ontario, Laguna Hills, and Folsom.

What You Will Do :

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful planning, design, and program management of medium- to large-scale water and wastewater systems.
• Manage client relationships by delivering projects with excellence and identifying new business opportunities.
• Take the lead in project pursuits, including proposal development and interview preparation.
• Facilitate workshops, analyze alternatives, and support decision-making processes.
• Mentor entry-level professionals and contribute to their growth.
• Manage water, wastewater, and recycled water projects, overseeing scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare high-quality documents, including masterplans, memoranda, technical reports, and contract documents.
• This position may involve travel throughout California, Washington, and Oregon.

What You Bring :

Salary Range : $115,000 to $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
