We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support part-time time Monday- Friday, at our KW Carlsbad office. The Director of Agent Services (DAS) is a key leadership and service role within the Keller Williams Market Center, responsible for delivering an exceptional agent experience from onboarding through ongoing support. The DAS ensures that every agent is welcomed, trained, supported, and equipped with the tools and resources needed to grow a successful real estate business. This role manages the onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinates agent training and communication, maintains accurate office and compliance systems, and serves as the primary point of contact for agent technology and operational support. Acting as the face of the Market Center, the Director of Agent Services fosters a positive, solutions-focused culture while upholding KW standards, models, and systems. The DAS collaborates closely with Market Center leadership—Team Leader, MCA, OP, and Productivity Coach—to drive agent productivity, retention, and satisfaction.
