A small, busy law office is looking for an experienced attorney to manage civil and commercial matters from intake through resolution. We value clear writing, good judgment, and someone who can handle client-facing work without drama.

What you’ll do

Own a caseload of civil / commercial matters.

Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and client letters.

Handle client calls and strategy meetings.

Mentor junior staff and collaborate on case strategy.

You should have

J.D. and active Montana state bar membership.

1+ years’ relevant experience.

Strong writing, organization, and client skills.

A practical, team-oriented attitude.
