Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategic Opportunity Identification :

• Proactively identify and evaluate new AI / ML opportunities across client business units, focusing on transformative use cases that leverage generative AI technologies
• Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to evangelize AI capabilities and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
• Define and drive the technical vision for AI / ML projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field

10+ years of experience in AI / ML with at least 3 years in team leadership roles

Proven track record of delivering multiple AI / ML projects to production in enterprise environments

Hands-on expertise with generative AI technologies including LLMs, Vector Embeddings, RAG systems, and Agentic Workflows

Experience developing and deploying Predictive ML Models to production, MLOps and AI model lifecycle management at scale

Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI / ML services

Expert-level proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders

Strong business acumen with ability to identify and quantify AI opportunity value

Preferred :

Experience with multimodal AI systems (vision, speech, text)

Background in telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, or technology sectors

Experience developing AI-driven solutions using Palantir software and tools

Experience with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include : medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs. The minimum starting salary for this position is $140,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
