We are currently seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Pediatrician (MD) with exceptional diagnostic skills and strong clinical experience to join our growing, forward-thinking team.

• What You will Do :

(A Rewarding Clinical Role)

• Patient Volume : Manage an average of 22-25 patients per day.
• Comprehensive Care : Provide comprehensive well-childcare, immunizations, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions (e.g., ADHD, asthma).
• Procedures : Perform minor in-office procedures such as circumcision and tongue-tie releases.
• Behavioral Health : Provide mental and behavioral health support for adolescent patients.
• Call & Rounding : Participate in a light call rotation and 1-in-3-week newborn rounding at one local hospital (normal newborns only). _We contract with Nurse Connection for all after-hours call._
• Technology : Utilize EPIC EHR and MyChart for documentation and patient communication.
• Coordination : Coordinate care with local specialists, urgent care centers, and emergency departments.
• Diagnostics : Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging).
• Telehealth : Occasionally provide telehealth consultations as needed.
• Your Qualifications :
• Medical Doctor (MD)
• with specialization in
• Pediatrics
• Board Certified
• or
• Board Eligible
• in Pediatrics
• Valid California medical license
• and
• DEA registration
• Preferred : 7+ years of pediatric clinical experience
• In-depth knowledge of : Pediatric epidemiology and infectious diseases, Diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation principles, and Medications appropriate for children and their side effects.
• Proficient in
• traditional and web-based prescription systems
• Strong
• diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Calm, patient demeanor with
• excellent listening and communication abilities
• Familiarity with
• EPIC EHR
