Key Responsibilities

Deliver customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services

Perform scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and release of information

Adhere to departmental productivity, quality, and service standards

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle preferred

Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance required

Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships

Ability to take initiative and meet objectives

Stable internet connection required for remote work
