As part of one of the largest franchise systems in the country, SERVPRO of Wheaton / Glen Ellyn / Lisle is looking for a Mitigation Technician to join our team at our Naperville location. As a mitigation technician, you will work mainly at client job sites to aid in mitigating personal or commercial property loss and / or damage from :

Water

Fire

Mold

Weather

Biohazard

As a mitigation technician, your job duties include but are not limited to :

Water extraction

Cleaning, sanitizing and deodorizing

Placing and operating loss mitigation equipment such as blowers, fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and heaters

Rolling up carpet

Cutting and removing drywall

Repairs and minor construction

Board-up and tarping

Cleaning up and throwing out damaged debris and materials

Smoke and soot removal

Mold containment and / or removal

Cleaning contents and personal property

Use and application of appropriate professional cleaning products
