- What Youll Do :
- Serve as the subject matter expert for business-critical operational activities within the customer growth and personalization strategy team.
- Rigorously review vendor marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Analyze campaign results, extracting key insights to inform future personalization efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the effective management of key partner relationships, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful campaign execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to guarantee timely and clear delivery of marketing campaigns to customers.
- Develop data-driven insights to identify compelling growth opportunities, always keeping the customer and business objectives top of mind.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and relevancy in all customer-facing initiatives, enhancing the overall shopper experience.
- Qualifications :
- Must-Have Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing, strategy, or finance department.
- Demonstrated interest and experience thriving in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- 2+ years of proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and CONCATENATE.
- 1+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations.
- High school diploma required.
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or Finance.
- Proficiency in building analytical models, incorporating error checks, and effectively sharing insights with third parties.
- Ability to understand financial concepts, forecast budgets, and write Microsoft Excel Macros.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, coupled with a drive to deeply understand performance metrics and strategic approaches.
- A creative problem-solver capable of integrating new learnings and adapting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and impactful interactions.
- Experience in relationship management or client management.

- Proven presentation building and public speaking / presenting skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $27 to $30 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
