Responsibilities Work in a fast-paced CT department using Toshiba and Siemens scanners Patient population includes outpatient, inpatient, ER, adult ICU Scans performed include strokes, angio, body (chest, abdomen, pelvis), extremities, neuro (spines, head, neck) Night shifts : Friday 8 hours (5 : 30 pm – 2 : 00 am), Saturday and Sunday 12 hours each (5 : 30 pm – 6 : 00 am) No floating required EPIC EMR experience required Very busy ER environment Responsible for performing a range of CT procedures including trauma, neuro, and angiography cases First-time travelers are accepted Team supports a high volume of ER and critical care scans Must provide two professional references for consideration Modules must be completed during orientation and annually Return staff policy requires a 2-year waiting period before returning as a traveler Requirements Minimum of 3 years CT technologist experience Current ARRT, BLS, and KBMIRT certifications required Experience with IV starts and administering contrast Proficiency with CT scans for a variety of cases including angio and neuro Experience working in outpatient, inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings EPIC experience required License required if applicable Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel status Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-626710.
