Overview

Under the direction of the nursing leader, the Registered Nurse diagnoses and treats human responses to actual or potential health problems. The RN provides health teaching, counseling, and support to our patients and their families. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for a group of patients. Per diem registered nurses are eligible for $4 / hour night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Make a meaningful impact by providing direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health conditions.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Drive professional growth by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Weekend & Holiday commitment required.
