- Monday to Thursday : 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. in the office

Oversee and ensure adherence to all legal documents and all legal regulationsAid attorneys in case management, which includes invoicing, monitoring deadlines, and issuing necessary promptsProvide cost-effective suggestions to attorneys for achieving client objectivesCreate legal paperwork for attorney assessmentManage and organize case files and engagement details according to firm policies, whether in electronic or paper formFurnish clients and external counsel with case status updates upon requestWork collaboratively with external vendors, staff, and attorneys to manage the firm's caseload efficiently, present case summaries, and meet deadlinesQualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Case Manager or Senior Paralegal in a family law practiceProfessional certification or advanced education, specifically in case managementBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, majoring in law, business, or a related fieldAbility to efficiently handle multiple cases simultaneouslyDemonstrated experience in drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal researchProficiency in using Microsoft products, plus case management and other legal softwareExcellent communication and organization skillsAbility to reliably commute to Austin, TX 78746
