Overview As Relyance AI’s Director of UX / UI Design , you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs that are both effective and engaging.

Responsibilities Leading the design of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform.

Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs.

Conducting user research to understand the needs of our users.

Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.

Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.

Staying up-to-date on the latest UX / UI trends.

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in UX / UI design.

A strong portfolio of user-centered design work.

Experience with user research methods.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces.

Experience in designing and building SaaS products.

Startup / early-stage company experience.

Experience with data visualization.

Experience with AI / ML.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000.
