BILINGUAL WAREHOUSE DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Data Entry Associate for a company based in Bessemer, AL.

Pay Rate

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 7 00 am to 4 00 pm.

Bilingual Warehouse Data Entry Associate Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter inventory and shipment data into warehouse management systems quickly and accurately. Verify information by cross-referencing physical and digital records
  • Maintain and update inventory databases in real time to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock control.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies in data, such as mismatched quantities or incorrect product codes.

Bilingual Warehouse Data Entry Associate Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proficiency in data entry software and MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to switch languages seamlessly for communication and documentation.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems.
  • Experience as an receiving clerk and order fulfillment.
