IP Trademark Assistant (Los Angeles)

HERS Advisors has partnered with a growing full-service law firm in Downtown Los Angeles, California (hybrid) who has an immediate need for an IP Trademark Assistant to support Attorneys in the IP Trademark and Commercial Litigation practice groups. This is a unique opportunity for someone with IP Trademark experience to get trained on basic litigation tasks!

Responsibilities for IP Trademark Assistant :

• Open, maintain and close client files.
• Organize and maintain filing and retrieval systems.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory documents and compliance reports.
• Manage calendars, organize and schedule external and internal meetings, teleconferences, networking events, etc.
• Handle extensive client contact, both via phone, email, and in-person.
• Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and redline comparisons for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, syntax, and content.
• Maintain attorney credit card reconciliations, time entry, and other internal procedures.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements for IP Trademark Assistant :
