The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing, particularly in telemetry and medical-surgical settings. This role requires a compassionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality patient care and has the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings, ensuring timely intervention when necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, medications, and treatment plans. Assist with procedures such as IV infusions, catheterization, and wound care. Maintain compliance with infection control standards and hospital policies. Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care coordination. Experience 2 years of experience in Medsurg and Telemetry.
