Multi-Location Private Dental Group | Business Office Based
A growing, well-run private dental group in Northern Utah is seeking a full-time A/R & Insurance Verification Specialist to join its centralized Business Office in Woods Cross, UT, with the ability to work onsite at dental practices in Herriman, Murray, and South Jordan when needed.
This role sits at the intersection of revenue protection and patient experience. Clean insurance verification and disciplined A/R follow-up are essential to keeping a dental organization financially healthy and operationally strong.
You will primarily work from the Woods Cross business office, but flexibility to provide on-site support at practice locations is essential.
Insurance verification protects the patient experience.
A/R protects the practice.
This position helps prevent surprises at check-out, reduce write-offs, and improve overall revenue cycle health across multiple offices.
