Role & Schedule

Full-time, ~38 hrs / week.
Shifts : MonThu (12 PM 8 PM) + Sat (11 AM 5 PM) .
Youll anchor our closing shifts and provide consistent weekend coverage.

What Youll Do

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions (training provided).

Turn trial clients into long-term members by building trust and recommending packages.

Hit and exceed studio goals by keeping clients engaged and retained.

Step up, solve problems, and drive results with your team.

What Were Looking For

Competitive and motivated you like setting and beating targets.

Confident communicator who thrives in client conversations.

Team player who collaborates but also owns results.

Background in fitness, kinesiology, training, or PT aide a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

$17 / hr + performance pay ($3 per stretch session).

The more clients you serve and convert, the more you earn.
