The Fiscal and Operational Support Division is responsible for assisting the divisions in our department with purchasing, accounts payable, budget preparation, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, reconciling various databases with the general ledger and compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

This position reports directly to the Supervisor of the Fiscal & Operational Support Division to assist with various fiscal assignments and special projects as needed.

Job Description

Representative Duties / Assignments :

¿ Review building permits for code compliance and assessment of fees

¿ Review and approve customer assignment requests

¿ Review and approve customer deferral applications

¿ Assist customers with various land development inquiries

¿ Assist with reconciling accounts

¿ Review files for compliance

¿ Perform other assignments as needed

Minimum Qualifications :

Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a degree in Business Management, Accounting, Public Administration or a closely related field. Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
