Job Summary : Under a treatment plan approved by a physician, the Occupational Therapist (OT) assists patients in achieving their highest level of functional independence through the application of occupational therapy principles and techniques. The therapist collaborates with other members of the healthcare team, provides education and support to patient's families and caregivers, and evaluates home environments to recommend modifications that enhance safety and accessibility.

Status : Full-Time

Shift : Monday - Friday

Benefits : $5,000 Flat Sum Bonus, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, 403(b)

Education / Experience / Skills / Qualifications :

• Current California Occupational Therapy license
• Minimum of one year experience as an OT in an acute care, skilled nursing facility, or home health setting
• Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills; ability to work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Current CPR certification
