As a crucial member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our estimating and project management teams, ensuring the smooth operation of construction projects. Responsibilities : Bidding Coordination : Assist in preparing bid documents, including subcontractor bid packages and prequalification forms. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to solicit bids and gather required documents. Maintain accurate records of bid responses and ensure all information is organized. Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to estimating and project management teams. Prepare and distribute project-related documents and assist in maintaining project management software systems. Documentation and Filing : Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy files for projects and contracts. Ensure compliance with document control procedures and record retention policies. Communication and Coordination : Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Track and follow up on action items and deadlines. Support Team Collaboration : Collaborate with administrative staff and team members to support company operations. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for meetings. Required Skills : High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Previous experience in construction bidding or administrative support roles advantageous. Familiarity with construction documents, bid processes, and terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
