Job description

A company is looking for a Partnerships Lead for France.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategy for onboarding influential creators and building successful subscription businesses

Own key growth metrics related to creator acquisition, retention, revenue, and engagement

Build relationships with creators, talent managers, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company's presence in the cultural ecosystem

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent development, business development, or editorial

Proven success in leading and scaling teams in fast-paced environments

Deep empathy for creators and understanding of their challenges in building independent careers

Robust network within the creator economy, including relationships with top creators and industry leaders

Exceptional understanding of the French creator market
