Overview

The National Commercial Print Director - Industrial Print will be responsible for breaking into large, strategic enterprise accounts and managing the day-to-day corporate relationships to drive growth for Konica Minolta's Industrial Print portfolio, including label, embellishment and inkjet. This role is critical to expanding our presence in the enterprise segment, strengthening executive-level relationships, and ensuring customer success across our solutions.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of strategic account management, enterprise selling, and navigating complex organizations. They will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate-level engagements, ensuring alignment across sales, service, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise-level opportunities in the industrial print market.
  • Manage relationships with corporate-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, procurement, and operations leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer goals and drive incremental revenue.
  • Partner closely with Regional Sales Directors, AVPs, and National Directors to coordinate strategy and execution across accounts.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of enterprise accounts, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with marketing, service, and operations to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Negotiate large, complex contracts and agreements with enterprise clients.
  • Track, measure, and report on enterprise account performance, pipeline activity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Represent Konica Minolta at industry events, trade shows, and executive briefings to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of enterprise account management or enterprise sales experience, preferably in printing, technology, or related B2B industries.
  • Experience building and executing long-term strategic account plans.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%).
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated success in breaking into new enterprise accounts and managing complex, multi-million-dollar relationships.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of business acumen with an ability to understand customer challenges and align them to Konica Minolta solutions.
