Hours : Mon to Fri; 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM EST

Job Description : Position Profile

• Provide consistent, high-quality food and beverage setup / service to clients.
• Ensure smooth delivery of conference and function services.
• Set up and break down conference rooms per event orders.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms.
• Assemble and arrange conference equipment per event requirements.
• Disassemble rooms at appropriate breakdown times.
• Perform office maintenance tasks : trash removal, cleaning, restocking kitchens, pantries, and supplies.
• May include general clerical duties : reception, copying, mail services, shipping / receiving, sorting / distributing mail.
• Reports to Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager.
