Responsibilities

• Graduate from our New Agent Launch

We have a super-dialed 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent closes (and pending) 3.4 transactions during this time.

Who doesn't love to look at houses all day? : ) Be a student of the game and master the back-end of the industry while you earn money as a Showing Agent.

We have a great training plan that involves excellent communication & when the agent gets their buyer's offer accepted, we all win!

Nothing better than in-person training to learn the ins and outs of Real Estate!

This is ONLY the team for you if you plan to show up and work hard. We will give you all the scripts and training so you know exactly what to say / do each day!

We have a great work ethic on our team and we all show up 3 or more days a week to the office. All of our agents are full time. We do client events, script practice, dialing, door knocking and social media. You get to do all this with us!

We treat this job like a career and not a hobby. We will help you create a weekly calendar so you always know what to do.

We have an amazing data entry system for you to track all your calls / appointments.
