Overview

We are looking for a skilled Verification & Benefit Activation Specialist to support our post-sale process. In this role, you will verify client information transferred from our sales team using our user-friendly technology platform, following prompts to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in benefit activation tasks, including signing members up for specific carrier products and initiatives through guided, plug-and-play procedures.

Responsibilities

Verify client information transferred from sales agents using our technology platform, following step-by-step prompts.

Conduct thorough and accurate verification of all client details to ensure compliance and correctness.

Perform benefit activation tasks, including enrolling members into carrier products and initiatives as directed by prompts.

Communicate clearly and professionally with consumers, demonstrating finesse and understanding of their needs.

Maintain detailed records of verification and activation processes.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient post-sale operations.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional voice.

Experience in customer verification, benefit activation, or similar roles highly preferred.

Ability to follow guided prompts accurately and efficiently within technology platforms.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Comfort working with older demographics; patience and empathy are critical.

Previous experience in a call center or tele-sales environment is a plus.

Candidates must have reliable and stable internet connectivity; a home generator is preferred but not required to ensure consistent communication and operations.
