Parachute Deployment Technician

Seeking an experienced Aerial Equipment Specialist to ensure the safety of paratroopers by inspecting, testing, and packing parachutes and their associated components.

Responsibilities

Inspect and test parachutes and equipment to guarantee optimal performance

Pack and assemble rigging components in accordance with military standards

Secure supplies in aircraft for safe transportation

Maintain and repair parachute equipment to prevent accidents

Requirements

U.S. Citizen or permanent resident with a valid Green Card

17 to 34 Years Old

High School Diploma or GED

Meet Tattoo Guidelines

No Major Law Violations

No Medical Concerns

Training and Certifications

5 Nationally Recognized Certifications Available

10 weeks of Basic Training

12 weeks of Advanced Individual Training

78 ASVAB Score : General Maintenance (GM)

77 ASVAB Score : Combat (CO)
