A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience, bringing the energy of style to life with compelling in-store presentations. Style Consultants are welcoming and helpful in meeting guests' needs on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

As a Style Consultant, you will :

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solve guest needs.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Support price change processes and maintain backroom organization.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
