R2C is currently seeking a Project Analyst to provide project support to our Program Managers and Finance and Accounting departments. This position will be located in the Panama City, FL area. Responsibilities and Duties :

• Sort documents; codes, logs, reviews for accuracy. Input type vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records.
• Record charges, refunds, process bills for payment, and match invoices to work orders. Issue payments for accounts payable.
• Identify new vendors.
• Input / add / update all Charge Codes using NetSuite.
• Bi-weekly verification of timesheet input and approval.
• Reconcile American Express statements and travel expenditures.
• Abide by all company and accounting procedures.
• Utilize computer systems to run databases, and order supplies.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting problems.
• Keep sensitive payment transactions and information confidential.
• Maintain a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
• Maintain Tax Exemption, State, and City Licensing, W9 forms and Sales Tax Exemption records.
• Prepare special reports and assignments as requested by CEO, CFO, Comptroller, and Program Executives.
• Initiate and place purchasing orders.
• Create and update database records in company ERP system.
• Interpret accounting data, analyze reports, and recommend actions.
• Assist with AP / AR processing, as required.
• Assist with coordination and reconciliation of payroll and time entry.

Position Requirements Education and Experience :

High School Diploma required, associate's degree in accounting preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role with strong general ledger familiarity.

Previous experience with an MRP / ERP and accounting software systems.

Above average desktop computer skills with current MS Office Suite proficiency desired.

Qualifications :

Small business office and manufacturing industry related experience preferred.

Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills.

Must have a DoD clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
