Job Overview

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking an Oracle Fusion Cloud Documentation and Training Developer to oversee the creation, maintenance, and delivery of comprehensive documentation and training materials for our implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud. This role will ensure that our team and stakeholders are well-informed and capable of effectively utilizing the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Documentation Management : Develop, update, and manage high-quality documentation for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. Create user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and online help resources. Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to users at various technical proficiency levels. Work closely with IT, functional teams, and SMEs to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy.
  • Training Development and Delivery : Design and implement a comprehensive training program for Oracle Fusion Cloud users. Develop training materials, including presentations, tutorials, and e-learning modules. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different user groups. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and materials, adjusting as needed to improve user engagement and comprehension.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and technical teams to understand training and documentation needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for all documentation and training-related inquiries and feedback. Ensure alignment of training and documentation with overall project goals and timelines.
  • Continuous Improvement : Continuously assess the effectiveness of documentation and training initiatives. Implement improvements based on user feedback and evolving project requirements. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and best practices to keep training and documentation current.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS / BA Degree + 4-6 years or MS Degree + 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • US Citizenship is legally required to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Proven experience in developing documentation and training materials for Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent technical writing skills and ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong presentation and communications skills for effective training delivery
  • Proficiency with documentation and training tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in instructional design and e-learning development is a plus
  • Ensuring documentation accuracy and consistency through meticulous validation

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud or related areas
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation methodologies
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
