Shift : MondayFriday daytime schedule with rotating weekends and on call

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health RN for a contract role in Batesville, AR. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, be comfortable providing care independently in patients homes, and have experience with both OASIS and Homecare Homebase documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including OASIS documentation

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed

Educate patients and caregivers on health conditions and care needs

Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other home health staff

Maintain accurate records using Homecare Homebase

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Arkansas (or compact state)

At least 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in home health

Strong proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (required)

Current BLS certification

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and proof of auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
