Executive Recruiter – Accounting & Finance Focus

Full-time | Denver, CO (Hybrid or Onsite options available)

Join a top-ranked, growth-minded executive search firm specializing in accounting and finance leadership roles. We're looking for a motivated Executive Recruiter to help leading companies find CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, and other senior finance talent.

As part of our Denver headquarters team, you'll work closely with founders and senior leadership, manage your own searches, and help build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to scope, design, and manage executive-level searches
• Source and engage high-caliber accounting and finance talent through research, networking, and outreach
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle : screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, trends, and competitor insights
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain a high-performance culture

What We're Looking For

Compensation will be based on experience and includes a combination of base salary and commissions. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the estimated total annual compensation (base plus on-target commissions) for this role typically ranges from $80,000 to $300,000+, depending on performance and experience.
