In-Person Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) - Riverside, CA

Location : Riverside, CA (On-site) Position Type : Full-Time (W-2)

Your Role at Cyti :

  • Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.
  • Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
  • Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

    • What You'll Bring :

  • Active California license : LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist (PsyD / PhD)
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field
  • Experience working with children is required
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy
  • Willingness to work fully in-office at our Riverside location, Monday to Friday.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Annual Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)
