Position Summary :
The Turret Operator is responsible for operating a multi-tool turret truck or turret punch press to support warehouse operations. This role involves handling inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate turret truck or turret punch press to retrieve and store products in high racking systems.
- Follow work orders and instructions to process parts or inventory accurately.
- Package in-process items to prevent damage during handling and transport.
- Maintain product identification and traceability throughout the process.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movement.
- Perform basic quality checks and report any discrepancies or damage.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including loading / unloading and staging.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
