Position Summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking an experienced Rail Operations Manager to lead and streamline the planning, assembly, and logistics for our rail products. In this role, you’ll drive operational efficiency across production, supply chain, and quality assurance, ensuring our processes meet rigorous customer demands and regulatory standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on operational KPIs, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and timely delivery.
