Local Building Supply Company / Install Lead

Pay : $23 / hour

Hours : Monday - Friday 8-5

Job Duties / Requirements :

Fabricate and install aluminum storefront materials

Lead and manage a small crew on job sites

Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and management

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Qualifications :

Experience with aluminum storefronts required

Must have a background in any construction or building materials

Ability to lead by example and manage a small team effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Applicant Requirements :

• Must have a clean background.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
