The FTEAS team offers fiduciary and court accounting services for trusts and estates, collaborating with banks, law firms, family offices, and individual trustees throughout the United States. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in the leadership team and contribute significantly to the strategic direction and success of the FTEAS business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct technical reviews of complex trust and estate accountings.
• Lead teams to ensure work products are accurate and delivered on time.
• Manage client relationships and nurture client satisfaction.
• Engage in business development activities including sales calls, presentations, and marketing efforts.
• Build relationships with new clients and represent FTEAS at industry events.
• Provide timely estimates and documentation for new accounting engagements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal EY groups for cross-selling opportunities.
• Mentor and train staff while promoting a culture of development and teamwork.
• Enhance operational efficiencies for timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor engagement profitability and workload assignments.
