Technical Program Manager, Avatars Integration
The Meta Product Technical Program Management (TPM) community is pioneering technologies to bring people closer together at a global scale. Product TPMs work at the cross-section between technical execution and business strategy and partner closely with Engineering and Product teams. Being a TPM at Meta means driving impact by delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. Our team is expanding! We're looking for experienced Technical Program Manager to lead multiple programs across User Embodiment, Avatars, and new AI initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, integrating technologies across multiple domains, defining functional requirements for new products and features, and communicating across a wide variety of partners. You will be leading technical execution on features that span across Facebook, Instagram, genAI, Horizon, Quest, and Metaverse products. You will play a key role identifying new feature needs and driving execution across a wide variety of product surfaces. We're looking for TPMs with a proven track record of integrating complex systems-of-systems at scale. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class development teams and leaders across the organization to deliver new experiences.

$167,000 / year to $230,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
