Project Manager

This position blends responsibilities of a multi-project leader and a technical account manager, supporting initiatives across all North American sites. The Project Manager plays a key role in guiding development programs from engineering through production while ensuring a seamless customer experience internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee complex, custom motor and generator projects using structured project management methods and phase-gate processes to meet objectives for quality, delivery timelines, and cost.
• Serve as the primary link between global customers and manufacturing operations, coordinating with teams such as Materials Control, Scheduling, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales. Manage all aspects of assigned accounts, including orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Translate intricate or unclear customer requirements into clear, actionable plans for execution.
• Provide organizational guidance on project delivery and compliance with customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks by leveraging knowledge of manufacturing processes and strong business judgment.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00 / yr.
