Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to spearhead and lead the Civil Engineering Department . This individual will be responsible for technical oversight, project delivery, client development, team building, and strategic direction.

Mentor and supervise engineering staff.

Technical oversight and Engineer-of-Record responsibilities.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead proposals, budgeting, and client development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's in civil engineering.

Idaho PE license.

10+ years of experience including project management.

Demonstrated leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of Idaho regulatory frameworks.

Proficiency in Civil 3D or Carlson Civil.

Preferred Qualifications

Land development (commercial & residential)

Business development experience.
