Tax Consultant - CPA

One of our clients is seeking a Tax Consultant.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $120,000 per year based on your experience. You will work onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Some of your responsibilities as a Tax Preparer include:

• Proactive planning for client’s taxes
• Trust Returns
• Inventory audits
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned

To qualify for the Tax Consultant you must have:

• CPA License
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years tax experience
• Experience reviewing client records
• Experience reviewing fully prepared tax returns, financial statements and other supporting documents for accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax codes
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong computer skills
