Assistant Project Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Assistant Project Manager - Field.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects including tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building repairs

Support site staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, and preparing schedules

Assist in the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction contractors

Required Qualifications

A high school diploma is required

A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or a related field is preferred

A minimum of 2 years of experience in architecture, construction, or project management is preferred
