Work you'll do As a Deloitte Consulting Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Senior Consultant, you will help Retirement Service Providers gain competitive advantages and differentiate themselves in the areas of business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology, and business operations. You will also work in conjunction with other practitioners to :
Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree, minimum four (4) years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of retirement products and services, and retirement market trends developed through professional experience. Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serve. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications : At least two years of external strategy & management consulting experience within a large organization, at least one year of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements, advanced degree in related specialization area, at least one year of hands-on experience working with OMNI in a professional environment, participated in at least one business development initiative, such as proposal development or sales presentation, within related specialist areas. Demonstrated commitment to benefits administration and outsourcing, shown by at least one of the following : membership in a relevant professional organization, completion of related coursework or certification, or attendance at an industry conference within the past 2 years.
The wage range for this role is $118,700 to $218,600. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
