Material Handler / Machine Operator $18 - 2 to 3 day Project

• Obtains production orders (Recipes) which have ingredients necessary for paint manufacturing.
• Weighs all the different ingredients ensuring each is correct per the production order.
• Puts each of the materials (resin, calcium, titanium, and pigment) in bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Places filled bags onto pallets.
• This position requires the flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, overtime if needed and weekends as required.
• Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to Manufacturing Supervisor
• Meet quality specifications for all products produced.
• Maintain ability to operate various production lines and processes effectively.
• Maintain facility housekeeping.
• Understand and practice Company VALUES.
• Meet or exceed standard production efficiencies on all production lines.
• Meet plant compliance metrics.
• No cell phone use is permitted during work.
• Candidate must be flexible to work in other department with training provided.
