We strive to understand and support end-user needs who leverage data for performance analytics and depend on our SQL Server infrastructure backing production trading systems. The data team strives to ensure that properly curated data is in the hands of the people who need it. They deliver the data and tools Belvedere needs to perform complex analytics and make data-driven decisions.

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer to help drive the design and implementation of our ever-growing platform. At the Senior Engineer level, you will help shape the direction of our CI / CD platform, cloud architecture, and DevOps strategy. You will work on providing a cohesive environment to empower other teams to build amazing applications that drive trading. We focus on cloud engineering, automating workflows, CI / CD, and building a platform that makes developers more effective and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Expand and enhance existing CI / CD systems, infrastructure as code, build job orchestration, development environment automation.
• Architect and manage large-scale Kubernetes workloads.
• Own DevOps and cloud engineering solutions from inception to delivery through stakeholder feedback, documenting design decisions, observability, and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with internal development teams and regularly communicate with them to help deliver a high-quality platform that is observable and self-service.
• Monitor the performance and cost data of (cloud systems, pipelines, etc) while continuously optimizing with development team partners.
• Learn and grow your knowledge of development experience to help other developers and quants be more effective.
• Use your unique knowledge base to help other team members make better products and break established assumptions on how things should work.
• Take full ownership (design, implement, test, deploy, maintain) of your projects.
