We’re seeking a strategic, detail-obsessed, and entrepreneurial Head of Survey Research to lead our end-to-end survey operations. Survey Design & Execution
- Develop sample frames and pull representative samples for each project
- Set stratification targets and weighting schemes to ensure data integrity
- Build and format master questionnaires based on client goals and analytic needs
- Oversee or write question wording and flow to maximize clarity and effectiveness
- Coordinate closely with the interview center and technology partners to ensure proper programming and fielding
Project Management
Own survey execution from pre‑fielding to delivery of analysis decksMaintain timelines and quality control across multiple concurrent projectsEnsure deliverables (questionnaires, crosstabs, toplines, and decks) are completed on time and at the highest standardData Analysis & Reporting
Build and format analysis decks with clear, actionable insightsIncorporate trending and historical comparisons, sentiment tracking, and strategic interpretationEventually lead insight presentations and strategic briefings with high‑profile clientsWork cross‑functionally with analytics, product, sales, and executive teamsHire, mentor, and lead junior researchers and analysts as the team scalesContribute to evolving best practices and proprietary research methodologiesPolitical Alignment & Work Ethic
Demonstrated interest in conservative politics and a strong desire to see Republicans win at every level of governmentBackground in campaigns, political consulting, political polling firms preferredCommitment to the mission of advancing data‑driven Republican success through rigorous, actionable researchWillingness to work evenings, nights, or weekends as needed during campaign and election cyclesQualifications
