In this high-acuity, fast-paced environment, you will care for patients recovering from complex cardiovascular, vascular, and thoracic surgeries, managing approximately 30–50 pre- and post-operative cases each month. The newly designed 18-bed unit features private rooms and advanced monitoring systems to support safe, precise care, including multiple lines and drips. With typical patient stays ranging from 1 to 4 days, you’ll deliver focused, efficient care while gaining experience with a diverse range of needs, including occasional boarders. Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs—from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans.
