Production Supervisor

Your tasks

• Summary :
• Responsible for the oversight and management of the Metal’s departments and all manufacturing support functions in a world-class plant operation’s manner. Is responsible for supervising all employees in a timely completion of all work orders to meet quality and efficiency standards, as well as providing a collaborative approach to excellence in safety, process compliance, and operational excellence activities .
• Primary Responsibilities :
• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :
• o Responsible for providing safety leadership within the metal’s team, including development of new safety policies and procedures to support world-class practices.
• o Provides strong leadership and mentorship of the metal team by promoting high standards.
• o Exhibits strong organizational skills and the ability to sustain.
• o Assists in the hiring, training, and supervision of metal staff, providing guidance and fostering a positive, employee-centric work environment.
• o Supervises daily work tasks and schedule for department activities.
• o Evaluate and disciplines employees as required, according to company policies.
• o Promote 5S and good housekeeping practices throughout the department.
• o Active participation in the hazardous communication program.
• o Investigate and report on all labor variances.
• o Adhere and train employees to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements.
