Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

As a technician at the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for tasks such as :

Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles

Communicate with service team regarding repairs

Provide labor time estimates

Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly

Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation

Complete story and / or documentation for client repairs

Assist in mentoring technician trainees

Attend company and factory training

Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations

Schedule : Monday through Saturday, 8 am. - 5 : 30 pm.

Requirements

Skills & Requirements :

High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move more than 100 pounds

Factory certifications preferred

Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram certifications or experience preferred

Dealership or automotive repair experience

Valid driver license

Completion of drug screening and background screening

Provide all government I-9 requirements

Compensation :

Compensation is based on experience
